Major introduction:
This major was established in 2000. In 2018, it passed China Engineering Education Professional Certification. In 2019, it was approved as the first batch of national first-class construction majors.
The students trained by this major can adapt to the needs of national social and economic development, develop in an all-round way in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor, have a good foundation in natural sciences and humanities, acquire basic training in engineering skills and scientific research capabilities, and systematically master agricultural and hydraulic engineering disciplines, have sound and broad knowledge, strong practical ability and innovative spirit. Graduates are versatile and can engage in surveying, planning, design, construction, scientific research, teaching and management in agricultural water conservancy and related industries.
This major has a four-year study period and is awarded a bachelor's degree in engineering.

Introduction to Hydraulic Engineering, Theoretical Mechanics, Mechanics of Materials, Structural Mechanics, Hydraulics, Soil Mechanics, Building Materials, Engineering Hydrology and Hydraulic Calculation, Engineering Geology and Hydrogeology, Hydraulic Engineering Economics, Professional English, Hydraulic Reinforced Concrete Structures, Environmental Ecology, Hydraulic Structures, water pumps and pump stations, farmland water conservancy engineering construction, farmland water conservancy science, water conservancy project management, etc.
