According to the needs of discipline development, four research directions of "food resources and nutrition and health", "processing and storage of agricultural products", "Food chemistry and Nutrition metabolism" and "food safety and information technology" have been set up and corresponding research teams have been set up in combination with yunnan's resource advantages, location advantages and ethnic cultural advantages.
